It's not a problem, and I know how it feels to not be able to play online. We just got high speed internet here, but we're on a "download allowance" so we can't use it very much.

Dissidia's got alot of content and capability as a single player game, so while you wait to get the opportunity, you can always enjoy it or play against some of the password friend cards (password lists can be found on GameFAQs)

Oh, man... looks like it can't be helped. I'll give a try to Xlink Kai, then, and we'll see how it works.

Anyway, I can live without online gaming; maybe, one day, I'll be able to play with another person... only to be easily defeated LOL!

Thank you so much.

Well, then you've got a problem. The initial multiplayer method of the game is Ad-Hoc Mode (Local PSP to PSP within a small range)

To play online with games like this, you either can use Ad-Hoc Party with a PS3 (Which I cannot do either, since I lack a PS3 system) or using Xlink Kai.

Xlink Kai is a program, used with a router, to trick the computer into creating a world-wide Ad-Hoc Network. It's the way alot of people have played PSP games online. More information can be found below:

Now that you talk about multiplayer gaming, I'd like to ask you something, if you don't mind: how can you play a Dissidia battle with another person?
Unfortunately, I don't know anybody near who has american Dissidia (barely a PSP); I have a friend who has a japanese Dissdia, and he told me that, due to different game's regions, I can't play a battle with him; is that true?

On the other hand, what do I need in order to battle online? Is mandatory a PS3 (I don't have one)?

Thanks in advance, and have a good day.

According to VGchartz, Dissidia’s American sales is currently at 0.36 million (360,000) units and Japan is around 0.95 million (950,000), which is including Universal Tuning in the Japanese sales. They, however, did not mention the PAL region’s sales at this time.

I. too, hope they surprise us with a sequel. The original was/is really good and they have the potential to do better in a bigger and better sequel.

Dissidia: UT sounds quite interesting, but... I don't expect to buy it... I don't know, it's just like I feel (VERY) satisfied with my original game, that's all.

Anyway, it doesn't hurt to know about this new version; it would be, I think, great if FFXIII's Lighting had been included in the game... who knows...

On another topic, what about Dissidia sales in America and Europe? Do you know how are they going? I hope that Square-Enix, one day, give us a surprise about a new game.

See ya!
